There are two copyright registrations for Now Sheba Sings the Song (1987), TX0002124052 / 1987-05-04, and VA0000270350 / 1987-05-04. However, none of them are for the dust jacket.
There are no copyright registrations under the name "Jane Byers Bierhorst", the person who designed the jacket.
There are no copyright registrations under the name "Ted Pontiflet", the person who took the photo.
Therefore the dust jacket is in the public domain in the US.
