Blasonierung: Geteilt und oben gespalten. Vorn in Silber ein blaues Zahnrad, hinten in Blau auf goldener Scholle ein Bündel von fünf goldenen Ähren und goldenen Blättern; unten in Rot auf golden gezäumtem silbernen Ross der silbern gekleidete heilige Martin mit Mitra und Schwert, darunter auf silbernem Boden sitzend ein silberner Bettler mit goldener Krücke.
