Summary

Description Yomeimon, the most famous gate at Toshogu, Nikko, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is the view from the inner courtyard looking out through the gate. The top of a tall torii, located at the foot of the stairs leading up to the gate, is visible beyond the gate. I took the photo and contribute the file to the public domain. However, people and institutions may retain rights to images in it.
