English: If the city can have a better clean and safe living environment to reside in,all slums around kampala will no-longer have cases of water-borne diseases like diarrhea and cholera .This will automatically reduce the infant and maternal mortality rates in Uganda ,therefore public health is a key to better lives in kampala.
