English: Photograph shows Raisa Gorbachev (center), wife of Soviet president Mikhail Gorbachev, listening to Marilyn Quayle, wife of Vice President Dan Quayle, at a display of books and other items at the Library of Congress. Others depicted in the image are Senator Claiborne Pell (left), businessman Armand Hammer (behind Gorbachev to her right) and the Librarian of Congress James H. Billington (right of Gorbachev).
