Summary

Description
English: Mortonagrion varralli, Brown Dartlet, is a damselfly endemic to India. The type locality was described as scrub jungle near lakes but a single specimen was recorded from a stream (Fraser 1933); in the absence of further data it appears best to assume that this is a species of swamp forest and forest pools, like many other Mortonagrion species. Known to occur “at sea-level or on the foothills” (Fraser 1933). Found at Chilavannur Road, Ernakulam, Kerala.
