Monument commemorating the 1918 Union of Transylvania with Romania, Târgu Lăpuş, Romania (1935) (Monumentul Eroilor căzuţi pentru Unirea tuturor românilor - "Monument to the Heroes fallen for the Union of all Romanians")
("We sacrificed our lives with love for our most cherished ideal: 'the Union of all Romanians', and let this serve as an example for you to keep the holy land of our Country, spattered with our blood.")
