Handwritten entries in ink: 867 circumcisions performed by Henri Levaillant-Guggenheim of Hegenheim (Alsace, France) from 1868-1914 in Switzerland and Alsace. In addition, at the front and very back, handwritten entries, prayers written in Hebrew, and German instructions on how to stop the bleeding. In the collection of the Jewish Museum of Switzerland.

Eintragung in Handschrift mit Tinte: 867 Beschneidungen, welche Henri Levaillant-Guggenheim aus Hegenheim (Elsass, Frankreich) von 1868-1914 in der Schweiz und im Elsass durchgeführt hat. Dazu vorne und ganz hinten handschriftliche Eintragungen, hebräisch geschriebene Gebete und deutsche Anleitung zur Blutstillung. Hergestellt in Wien, Österreich; in Gebrauch in Endingen, Aargau, Schweiz In der Sammlung des Jüdischen Museums der Schweiz.
