English: Modification sites on Homo sapiens RUFY2 protein. Amino acid residue and corresponding amino acid number are depicted in the diagram. Red letters represent phosphorylation sites with the exception of K468, K476, K482 and K487 which are acetylation sites. S=Serine, T=Threonine, Y=Tyrosine and K=Lysine
