English: Captain (later Vice Admiral Sir) Alan McNicoll of the Royal Australian Navy and Captain Hutchison of the Royal Navy at Onslow, Western Australia in October 1952. Both men are naval liaisons to the British atomic tests on the Monte Bello Islands off the coast of Western Australia.
