Description
English: "Mastodon" jaw, collected by John Crawfurd in Burma in 1826. It was found at Yenangyaung. The engraving is from the Transactions of the Geological Society, for a paper of William Clift (in a separate volume). The species is now identified as Stegolophodon latidens.
