English: This is an RF-Baseband Transceiver made by Marvell Semiconductor in 2003. In the top left corner "2003 Marvell WS010" is inscribed. There is also some inscriptions in the top right, but I cannot reliably read them. I found a very detailed data sheet for this chip here: www.edatop.com/down/hwrf/wifibt/BT-WiFi-52rf776.pdf
Unfortunately this chip was damaged when it was removed from the package, I did not even see these chipped corners until it was under the scope. The circular structures near the centre slightly to the left are inductors.
