Notes Le modèle du tableau de Saint-Brieuc, longtemps considéré comme une jeune femme anonyme, a été identifié à Louise-Marie-Adélaïde de Bourbon, duchesse d’Orléans par Carole Blumenfeld par comparaison avec une autre version du même portrait conservé au château de Bizy dans l’Eure. Restauré, l'oeuvre a été présentée dans le cadre de l'exposition « Je déclare vivre de mon art » : Dans l'atelier des sœurs Lemoine & Chaudet, Grasse, musée Jean-Honoré Fragonard, 2023.
