English: A Mammoth Memorial Service was staged at the Mammoth Site in Hot Springs, South Dakota, in June 1999. Created by Paul S. Martin, Connie Barlow, and Larry Agenbroad, this event is described in the 2001 book, The Ghosts of Evolution (pp. 231—242). The hymn, "Bring Back the Elephants," was printed in the order of service. Connie Barlow wrote the lyrics, set to a tune by the Beatles: "Let It Be." (This hymn also closed out the Memorial Service for Paul S. Martin, who died in 2010.)
