English: Award of the Soviet Navy. Badge for "Long Cruise" (variant for surface ships). Originally instituted in 1961, this 2nd variant appeared in 1976 when it replaced the older model. Awarded to the most distinguished, highly disciplined military and civilian personnel of the Navy who participated in successful long-range cruises on vessels of the Navy.

Instaurée à l'origine en 1961, ce modèle de 2ème type apparu en 1976 quand il remplaça l'ancien. Décernée au membres militaires et civils les plus disciplinés s'ayant distingué durant une longue croisière sur un navire de la marine de guerre. |
