DescriptionLeopardi Operette Morali Napoli 1835.jpg
English: Title page of the second volume of Giacomo Leopardi’sOpere (“Works”) which was printed by Saverio Starita in Naples (1835). This volume contains Leopardi’s Operette morali, first part. The second part of the Operette never appeared in this edition, because the Bourbonian censors prohibited the complete edition and confiscated the volumes already printed. Therefore the volume shown here is rather rare today. This was the last edition of Leopardi’s works which appeared during his lifetime. The first volume contains the Canti.

But there may still be some exceptions: outdated or misconfigured software can display wrong colours. If you see strange colours or if the picture appears flat and low in contrast, you should try another application or device for viewing it.)
