Summary

Description
Behandelt wird es in Jell P. A., Adrain J. M. (2002) Available generic names for trilobites, Memoirs of the Queensland Museum 48 2, 331-553. Siehe auch: https://www.mindat.org/taxon-P368865.html. Die 4 müsste Bavarilla hofensis darstellen.
English: Memorial plaque for the Leimitz Formation. This place is historical because about 200 years ago August Schneider from Hof found fossils of creatures from about 580 Ma (million years, Palaeozoic) here. Bavarilla hofensis, a trilobite species, became known. It is extinct, lived from about 485 - 478 Ma, was marine mobile, swell mobile, well developed vision, carnivorous, moulted (ontogeny), calcite with low Mg content, chitin (based on Trilobita) as taphonomy. It is treated in Jell P. A., Adrain J. M. (2002) Available generic names for trilobites, Memoirs of the Queensland Museum 48 2, 331-553. See also: https://www.mindat.org/taxon-P368865.html. The 4 should represent Bavarilla hofensis.
