Navrouz (nouveau jour en farsi) est la fête du Printemps, elle est célébrée le 21 mars dans de nombreux pays d'Asie centrale. Interdite à l'époque soviétique, elle existait pourtant avant l'Islam et marque la nouvelle année. Les jeunes filles portent à cette occasion leurs costumes traditionnels colorés, et leurs calottes décorées. Les jeunes garçons sont en costume gris. Tous chantent et dansent pour fêter l'évènement. Les ouzbeks préparent pour Navrouz le plat traditionnel appelé Sumalak, qui est une sorte de bouillie préparée à partir de pousses de blé germées et qui doit être remuée très longuement. www.asie-centrale.com/Navrouz-le-printemps-ouzbek.html |
