Summary

Description
English: Finnish "summer soup" (kesäkeitto). Boil potatoes and some vegetables in a small amount of water, add milk and a some butter. Heat up again and season with spices and some salt: parsley and chives would be fine too. Suitable vegetables include carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, peas, beans, potatoes, etc.
Suomi: Kesäkeitto on perinteistä kesäruokaa.
