Summary
[edit]Description | Logo used by the Kent State Golden Flashes football team during the 2014 season in honor of player Jason Bitsko, who passed away just prior to the opening of the season. The number 54 was featured on one side of the team helmets in place of one of the instances of the main athletic logo, and the logo with the outline of the state of Ohio was painted on the field at Dix Stadium for the entire 2014 season. 54 is the number worn by Bitsko. The blue star in the upper right is for the location of Kent State University in Kent, while the yellow star is the location of Huber Heights, Bitsko's hometown. |
