Summary
[edit]photo of naval officers onboard the USS Kearsarge, including Captain John A. Winslow, shortly after the sinking of the CSS Alabama. The photo, appearing in William J. Bradley's "The Civil War: Fort Sumter to Appomatox", I believe falls under fair use as it is a historically significant photo of a famous individual and used for informational purposes.
