The images can be used freely, quoting the source (SEV webpage). Note that the SEV has already a entry in Wikipedia at <http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sociedad_Espa%C3%B1ola_de_Vexilolog%C3%Ada> and that most of the images on our pages (or equivalent ones) are already in Wikipedia, some of them in SVG format.
