English: The original image of Jupiter on the left was "improved" by blurring/enhancing the image to make it more visually appealing. In this process data was lost and some of the image details became similar to background noise. The image to the right is processed image of Jupiter with AVT filter that reveals that data was lost and locations of alterations. |
