Español: José Carlos de la Riva Agüero y Looz Corswarem (1827 – 1881) político y diplomático peruano. Ministro de Hacienda en 1872 y Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de 1872 a 1875; en este último cargo firmó el famoso Tratado de Alianza Defensiva entre Perú - Bolivia, el 6 de febrero de 1873.
