This photo and rights to it were donated to the Washington County Historical Society (Minnesota, St. Paul Area) who gave wikipedia permission to use it via phone call from Brent Peterson, executive director of the Society, at website https://www.facebook.com/WCHSMN/. However, it can be maintained as an historical image which it certainly is. It was taken circa 1925 and donated to the society by the family of Ertle. No real copyright was ever held on the photo that was ever renewed.
