Serry (1944 - 1993), an architect and one of John Serry Sr.'s sons (see The New York Times, July 11,1976, Pg.38 and http://www.jazz.com/encyclopedia/2007/10/18/serry-john) who prepared the photograph in 1967 for educational use by the subject's students and not for commercial purposes. The trademark Atlas and logo which appear in the photograph are protected and copyrighted by the instrument manufacturer/importer: Atlas Accordions Inc., New York, New York.
