Library of Congress description: "'Senator' Jim Morrison. Although Jim Morrison was defeated in the recent election, he claims that he would have been elected if the ballots had been properly counted and habitually calls himself 'Senator Morrison.' He is a leader of the strawberry farmers, organizing the first cooperative union of the strawberry growers in Louisiana. He conducts the auction to which these growers consign their berries"
