Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Jaime Sáenz was not well-known until after his death, so most images of him are from his publications or belong and/or are copyrighted by his heirs. I am confident there are no images of Sáenz whose origins I can find more easily. I am also not able to contact his heirs.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	I will use this image only as the portrait of Jaime Sáenz in the infobox of his article.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The image will be used simply to educate about Jaime Sáenz. This was included in his book "Imágenes paceñas" which is no longer in publication, and thus will not harm sales of it.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 1986 At the bottom of the article in the source website, there is a Creative Commons license attributed to the article as a whole. I believe this supports my use of the image, though I did not file this as a free file as its origins are difficult to track.
