Description
English: Original description by Mfields1: "I created this image; it was drawn from exmining historical photos and descriptions and by judging the size. The dimensions may vary from the original because they are estimated. The original symbol was a squadron identification marking for the JV 44 protection squadron, specifically a marking applied to the Würger-Staffel aircraft within this squadron."
Deutsch: (frei übersetzte Originalbeschreibung von Mfields1:) „Ich habe dieses Bild erstellt; es wurde beim Auswerten historischer Fotos und Beschreibungen und dem Schätzen der Größen gemalt. Die Ausmaße können vom Original abweichen, da sie nur geschätzt sind. Das Originalsymbol war eine Squadronidentifikationsmarke der JV-44-Squadron, die im Speziellen für das Würger-Staffel-Flugzeug (Focke-Wulf Fw 190 "Würger") aus dieser Squadron benutzt wurde.“
