Smith (1895-1966) showing the first layout of the non-synchronized gearbox for Volvo model ÖV4 and some notes, such as selection of SKF-bearings, gear ratios for the 3 gear stages forward (first, second, third: 1:1,61/1:1,304/1:1), max. torgue (100 Nm), handbrake drum arrangement etc.
