I believe this videogame screenshot should be considered fair-use because:-

1. It is used solely to improve the article's quality.
2. The image used is taken from an emulator.
3. Since the ZX Spectrum system has been discontinued it's very unlikely that this image would corrupt copyright.
4. To the best of my knowledge it's almost, if not already impossible that a free-use image of this game even exists.
