Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	Hidden Palace Zone is the most infamous scrapped level from Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and a key point of discussion in the development section. It was extensively featured in prerelease coverage and influenced subsequent Sonic games (a reworked version would appear in Sonic 2's sequel Sonic & Knuckles, while the original level was restored in the 2013 remake). A screenshot contributes to this discussion by showing the amount of work done on the level prior to its removal.

If editors can't upload images from prototypes, then use screenshot from 2013 remaster at least. Also if prototypes aren't allowed, where is this previous screenshot taken from, rom hack or is it custom mockup? - It certainly isn't from Sonic Retro that's for sure.
