Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Ninja Neko) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low resolution copy of a DVD cover.
- it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the TV series in any way.
- it provides visual identification of the main character.
- it provides visual identification of the series' art style.
- there is no free alternative depicting this series.
