I, PRueda29, believe this image falls under fair use, According to section 107 of the United States Copyright Act of 1976 (The fair use of a copyrighted work...for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.  [1] because:

1. The image is used for non-profit purposes.
2. The image is of significantly lower resolution so as not to allow any high-quality copies.
3. The image is used for informational purposes only.
4. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article.
