It was derived via horses power already it has special railway. Currently a scluptur of a Gunga with its passengers has been created in Gunga Square (in front of Golestan Park). The reason for constructing tramway system was that the system was that the railway station was far away from the city center. So Russians developed the Gunga System for transferring people from City center to the railway station.
