Description
English: Front and southern side of the Goshen Carnegie Public Library, located at 202 N. Fifth Street in Goshen, Indiana, United States. Built in 1901 and since converted into the city hall, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is part of a Register-listed historic district, the Goshen Historic District.
