English: Gout in a radiograph of the [left] foot. Typical (main) localization at the metatarsophalangeal joint of the great toe. Note also the soft tissue swelling on the lateral border of the foot.
Deutsch: Gicht im Röntgenbild des Fußes. Typische (Haupt-)Lokalisation am Großzehengrundgelenk. Beachte auch die Weichteilschwellung lateral am Fußrand.
