English: Trilingual (German-French-Dutch) proclamation from the German Military Administration of Belgium and Northern France (c.1941-2) concerning hoarding.

The text reads:

Proclamation
By order of the Military governor, the sale of foodstuffs and stimulants as well as articles of any all uses are not permitted except in a limited proportion, corresponding to a common or temporary need. This order is also applicable to soldiers of the German army who shall only purchase for their personal use.
