Summary

Description

English: "An aerial view looking north of the Banning and Pickett building under construction at 175 South 3rd Street. The 12-story office building at East Town and South Third Streets had its final steel beam put in place in the summer of 1980. The building formally opened around April of 1981. See also: "Office Building Gets Last Beam" in the Columbus Dispatch, August 1, 1980, page B-6; "New On The Block" in the Columbus Dispatch, March 13, 1981, page B-1."
