Comment: This coach is a Great Western Railway Inspection Saloon, probably built by British Railways, used for transporting officials to and around working sites. It is not a GWR Autocoach: it has no driving cab, the gong was provided so that a warning could be sounded if needed when the train was being propelled during inspections.
