Deutsch: Umstrittener erster Wortlaut in dem Text auf der beschlagnahmten Website der „Letzten Generation“, der von der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft München und dem Bayerischen Landeskriminalamt erstellt wurde. Dort wurde die Klima-Gruppierung als „kriminelle Vereinigung“ bezeichnet und dass Spenden eine Unterstützung der kriminellen Vereinigung und damit eine Straftat darstelle, jedoch ohne gerichtlichen Hintergrund. Das musste nachträglich von den Behörden geändert werden. In der Folge wurde ein neuer Text verbreitet.

English: Controversial first wording in the text on the confiscated "Last Generation" website, prepared by the Munich Public Prosecutor's Office and the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office. There, the climate group was referred to as the "criminal association" and that donations were supported by the criminal association and thus a criminal offense, but without a judicial background. This later had to be changed by the authorities. As a result, a new text was circulated.
