Description
English: Despite his age (53), Anglican rector Frederick George Scott volunteered to be a chaplain with the Canadian Expeditionary Force in 1914. However, he had no transportation to take him to the various battalions in the front lines until he was given a horse, which he named Dandy. Photo taken 1916 in France.
