Summary
| Description |
For plants to be named and recorded, samples are collected and pressed between newspapers and cardboard to enable them to flatten and dry out. Information about the plant, surrounds and location are taken. Once the plant is dry it is taken to the Herbarium where it is stored for future records and study.
