Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It is a low-resolution cell-phone image of a historic photo of Fred Russell (1906–2003). It is not replaceable because of its unique historical nature. It is presumed to be made by the photographer for the Nashville Banner newspaper where Russell worked. The paper ceased operation in 1998.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of a low resolution image of the artwork will not impact the commercial viability of the art.
Other information	Photo has been cropped to make a head shot. The original non-cropped image shows Russell sitting at his desk in front of his typewriter in his office at the Nashville Banner. Photographer presumed to be employee of that newspaper.
