Summary

English:

NY Governor Franklin D. Roosevelt visits Ithaca for the "American Country Life Association" conference at Cornell University. 19 August 1931.

Notice the "HOME ECONOMICS" sign ... that would be New York State College of Home Economics at Cornell University, now the College of Human Ecology. The building was then "Comstock Hall" and later "Computing and Communications Center".
