English: Hillsboro, Oregon mayor Francis Alonzo Bailey. Bailey was born in Hardeman County, Texas on January 28, 1839 and died on January 23, 1920 in Hillsboro, Oregon. Three times he served as Mayor of Hillsboro and practiced medicine until shortly before his death from pneumonia. Bailey joined the Masonic Lodge in 1881. He was survived by sons Francis, Augustus, John, Thomas, and daughter Eva.
