English: Former Town Hall, Sowerby Bridge. This was built after the Sowerby Bridge Local Board was formed in 1856, from parts of the townships of Sowerby, Warley, Skircoat and Norland. It originally extended to the left of the tower, but that part became a Club and was eventually demolished. The part that still stands became a bank.
