Флаг муниципального образования представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдических золота, серебра и лазури соответственно жёлтым, белым и голубым цветами.

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле золотое, заполненное зеленью, зубчатое кольцо (с чередованием по внешней стороне узких и широких зубцов), в котором и поверх нижней части кольца — золотой сноп; в зелёной оконечности, нитевидно окаймлённой серебром, — серебряный бегущий конь».
