English: Midwest City, OK, March 9, 2009 --A State of Emergency declaration was made after devastating wildfires tore through 31 counties in Oklahoma. Due to the seasonal high winds that fueled the wildfires, embers jumped from yard to yard, randomly destroying homes. FEMA/Karen Nutini
