Català: Escut caironat quarterat: 1r d'atzur, un mont d'or movent de la punta somat d'un castell i d'una capella d'argent tancats de sable; 2n. d'or, una cabra de sable i bordura de peces de sable; 3r de gules, un bàcul de bisbe i una palma d'or passats en sautor sobremuntats d'una mitra d'argent creuada d'or i amb les ínfules d'or; 4t d'argent, un pi arrencat de sinople acostat de 2 pinyes de sinople una a cada costat del tronc. Per timbre, una corona de vescomte.

Español: Escudo embaldosado cuartelado: al 1º de azur un monte de oro moviente de la punta sumado de un castillo y de una capilla de plata; al 2º de oro, una cabra de sable; piezas de lo mismo; al 3º de gules un báculo de obispo y una palma de oro pasados en aspa y superados de mitra de plata cruzada de oroy con las ínfulas de lo mismo; y al 4º, de plata, un pino arrancado de sinople acompañado de 2 piñas de lo mismo, una a cada lado del tronco. Al timbre, una corona de vizconde.
